I leave today...

And all night I thought how easy it is to fail and how hard it is to succeed.

After Five-Weeks...

I know I’m a little late, but I’ve been so busy. I returned from the ASP Program on Friday, August 5th. It has only been a couple of days, but it seems like it has been forever. During my last post, around five weeks ago, I wrote about Diagnostic Exams and boy did classes get harder. It was a semester crammed into five weeks! One night I slept thirty minutes, and I learned that drinking coffee is a must in college. Despite Molly’s monotonous classes, Persia’s strange accent, the crazy unnecessary workshops, and horrible time management from administration, I made it through. I “successfully completed the ASP summer program.” Along the way I met some incredible people:

My roomie Liane that proves that big things come in small packages!

Tyneshita whose laugh is extremely contagious.

Akachi’s fashion and competitive attitude

Sigalita, my environmental freak.

Lilian, Annie, and Jen: The funniest and smartest Asians!

Naimun whose “aiiiight’s” and calc/physics help got me through the program

Kevin! I better see you in the fall!

Christopher, ninio fregadooo!

Jakub you polski, peach-colored giant…

And the list continues!

I never did go to the GYM, haha! Oh well, my already fat self did get fatter, but I’ll let it pass! J I’m so excited! Three more weeks and I’ll be back to my New York home. I’m a little scared about the prejudice we will experience, but I know I will always have my ASP family to go to. I’m not much of a writer, and I prefer to just say what I think, so excuse if this isn’t as creative as other tumblr authors. I write what comes to head, and this is exactly what comes to mind when I look back to my ASP memories.

Toodles!

PS. I hope everyone in the ASP can relate to the way I feel about our five weeks in the ASP program.
